I highly recommend Beyond The Mat. The atmosphere is welcoming, there is a variety of classes, the instructors keep you smiling and motivated! This studio makes Petawawa a better place to live.

Highly highly recommend Beyond the Mat! Whether you are seasoned or brand-new, these ladies will make you feel amazing. Absolutely zero judgement, only helpful tips and positive vibes. Between their bouncy pilates and barre classes to calmer yoga, there's something for everyone and you will leave with a smile on your face! All the instructors are incredible but I can't help but be partial towards Sarah because she is wonderful. Thank you for your studio and all your smiling faces!!
