I’ve seen both doctors at this clinic, and both have been professional and compassionate.
My dog was very sick and saw Dr. Michelle several times. She was honest, straightforward, and took the time to listen to my concerns while giving me clear options for care. When it came time to make the hardest decision, she and the entire staff showed incredible kindness and compassion throughout the process.
I will always be grateful for the care and compression Dr. Michelle gave my boy.
I've been bringing my pets to see Dr. Michelle and the staff at Petawawa Animal Hospital for years. From checkups and vaccines to emergency and routine surgeries, from bloodwork and X-Rays to incredibly dignified end of life care - Dr. Michelle, Dr. Brittany and the entire staff have been there for my well loved pets, and for me. I cannot recommend them enough!
I am actually shocked by the negative reviews. We have had nothing but positive experiences with both Dr Michelle and Dr Brittany. Gracie has issues, and we have ALWAYS been treated with compassion and respect. We had an experience this summer where Grace was attacked by a husky while we were camping 4 hours away. Stephanie could not have been more kind. We got Gracie right in the next morning, she was well cared for. This is an awesome clinic.
