Contacted 4th Gen Plumbing due to a 21 year old failed shower system. Shane messaged back and responded the same day to take a look as to what may be the issue.
Cartridge, drains, showerhead were all changed to improve functionality for a senior who requires assistance bathing.
Night to day transformation & results!
Shane is very knowledgeable & explained everything clearly.
HIGHLY recommended company!
My wife called Shane last night due to a backup of our floor drain in the basement in the middle of the night. He was pleasant and attentive and offered her great advice. He offered to come out the next morning and fix it. When I got home I managed to snake the drain myself snd fix the issue so she canceled the appointment, however in the future I will definitely be using this company!
Shane came same day to help with a toilet install when the flange was busted in the floor, he replaced the part and installed the toilet in an hour. He is very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. His work and pricing were great. We would highly recommend him.
