I recently had a huge 70 foot spruce tree removed by Urban Tree Works and I couldn't be happier with the work performed. The tree was down and all cleaned up in about 5 hours which I thought was amazing. Ian and his crew were very professional and safe while doing their work. Ian clearly loves trees. He told us on his first visit that he wants to be climbing and spending his time in the trees. This is the kind of person we want to advise us. The health of the tree is first and foremost. He wouldn’t prune our crabapple in the fall, since it was stressed, so he suggested waiting until May. We have had several arborists trim our trees over the years, but no one had ever suggested cabling or spraying our linden with a natural substance for aphids, and no one has taken this amount of time and care for all our trees.
