We have been getting our lawn treated by TruGreen for a few years now. They've done an excellent job, our backyard with the beautiful clean lawn is a dream Oasis. We have been lucky to deal with an amazing staff member Samer Moussa, who has been kind enough to always call us before he arrives because we have to open the gates manually as we have a pool in the backyard. And he always goes above and beyond. Not only he does a really good job on the lawn but also always provides recommendation on how to deal with different plantation and treatments.

We have been using TruGreen on a treatment-by-treatment basis rather than through a yearly contract. This arrangement works well for us because we can decide whether to continue based on our satisfaction with each service.
We made it clear from the beginning that we prefer to be home when treatments are applied. On one occasion, a treatment was performed while we were away. When we contacted branch manager Michael Larocque, he was understanding and promptly arranged to have the lawn re-sprayed. We appreciated his responsiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction.
