I’ve been loyal Top Hat client for years and have referred many people to use their services. This week I upgraded my single head mini-split vac (ductless AC) to a new, more powerful 3-head system AC/heat pump. Everyone from Sales (Doug), to office (Richard ), to the installation technicians team (Darryl and team, and supervisor, Jonathan) —were absolutely excellent. Respectful, friendly, technically skilled — and helpful (moved and put back a couple of heavy items I was unable to lift), and they did a good clean up job inside and out. You will still need to do a bit of vacuum and dust due to light debris / sawdust, but if that bothers you — you’re being unreasonable).... read full review

My wife and I bought a house with a gas fireplace that was not working. After living with it for a few years, we called Top Hat to get it working. Jonathan arrived and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a full cost breakdown and explanation before doing anything. Once I gave him the go ahead, he fixed the issue and made the fireplace look like new. He answered all my questions, of which there were many, and was friendly and polite throughout the appointment. I was very impressed with his work, and I hope his supervisor will see this.

Just had Top Hat Home Comfort in to clean my chimney and I was honestly impressed with how efficient they were. Super quick, professional and no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them. Also a good reminder to get your chimney cleaned before it becomes a problem.
