I have been coming to Theodore and Pringle since the beginning. I was used to the expert guidance and amazing service of the former managing optician, Chantal, and was concerned when she moved away. I had nothing to worry about. The service has been excellent from every staff member I have encountered and my family of 5 continues to have our expectations surpassed at every visit! I would highly recommend Theodore and Pringle for your family’s eye care needs!

Shopped at the Innes Rd location in Orleans. Claire, took the time to help me choose the right pair of glasses for me during their 2 for 1 sale. She was patient, attentive and helpful answering all of my questions. She was a pleasure to deal with. Aya took my eye measurements, etc and was also helpful and informative. She took the time to check if I had any bonus PC points available (sadly not). Unfortunately my glasses were late in arriving. Valerie, the Managing Optician, explained it was due to a quality control issue. I finally received my glasses a week later. She was courteous and professional during our interactions. Keep up the good work ladies! Looking forward to see what your after sales service is like. Thank you.

My Family and I have been coming here for about 15 years now ! They’ve always been kind and extremely helpful with my daughter , my husband and myself! Down to figuring out if the frames fit properly to making sure we got the best deal! This past week Aya Helped both my husband and daughter get new glasses , she was so sweet and took her time with us , they are so excited to get them! Thank you so much to the Orleans Team !

Really really disappointed with their service. Website says they are open on Saturdays......we'll went to pick up my glasses today after waiting 1 month November 30th and drove 70+ kilometers just to have to face closed doors. Whatever happened to consideration for working people. I work 5 days a week long hours so I do my errands on Saturday's but these inconserate people have executive hours with no consideration for others. It's time they fix their website.
