This is very nice store to get your pet necessities, it's very clean, tidy and well organized. Above all that, staff is always friendly, polite, knowledgeable and ready to help. I regularly get great service here, but today was exceptional, above and beyond. It was Cheryl who made my day, amazing lady with such a lifting personality, which brightens up your day and makes you feel better even after exchanging only a few words. It was great shopping experience today, and I want again to thank Cheryl for her kindness, generosity and outstanding help today.

Colleen is a great groomer and highly recomended, so much so that I would drive 30 minutes to take my cat here. Unfortunately their booking system is outdated as in an actual book, leaves room for error which has affected me. Would recomend updating the booking system to send automated booking text messages and reminders.

Called Pampered Pet a short time ago. Spoke with Robin. A breath of fresh air. Thank you so much Robin for your time, patience and kindness. Due to my health issues i had Elias groomed mostly at home, and with mobile grooming these past couple of years. So looking forward to coming back to PP and Danika. She was amazing with Elias, especially with his anxiety and being anxious.Today, Robin was so helpful and answered all of my questions and with me talking way too much, she remained so patient and understanding.
