Last appointmemt was cancelled the day before cos Dr. was not available. Fingers crossed my next appt. will happenUpdate Dec. 17, 2023: I met with Dr. Wangui and she was really nice. Very warm, personable and has great listening skills. The receptionist was very kind as well.

I had 4 attempts to book initial visit with family doctor there. And each time doctor has been cancelling first 1 day before visits, then 1h before the visit and last two times- when we were in the car 30 min before the visit. Each time visit was rescheduled on next month.I was trying yo sign in my family that included 1yo child. And moms know how hard is to accommodate work, daycare and even dress little ones to shop up on time.. when we vere our of garage receptionist called to say that appointment is cancelled.. again!!! Now we have a try on December 21. Wish us luck)Ps. I know family doctor is an issue in Canada. However, doctors should also have some respect to patients

The front desk staff and nurses are extremely friendly and helpful which is amazing. Unfortunately Dr. Ndububa laughed at me multiple times during my appointment so I would not recommend bringing your sensitive medical issues here.
