The technician for the echo cardiogram was kind, considerate, and informative. However, the reception area can be busy and noisy at times, which may distract some customers. Although parking fees are a concern, many have found the staff pleasant during their visits, with special mentions of staff members like Jeeva for their helpfulness. Some have also pointed out that the front lobby could be tidier and that there were issues with the public restroom.
Your calls will never get answered, sadly, unfortunately. You're going to have to go in person to book your appointment or just walk in for X-RAY imaging. 🤷🏼♀
The sonographer who did my ultrasound was absolutely fantastic, she asked the right questions and finally lead to a diagnosis I’ve been searching for almost a decade. I would recommend this clinic for all women who are showing signs of pelvic abnormalities. I’ve had 4-5 previous ultrasounds at other clinics all dismissive of my symptoms. You can trust that you are in good hands here. I wish I could name the young blond haired woman who took my exam on April 14 at 12:20 for the recognition she deserves. I sincerely thank you and the radiologist on my case.
I've been on hold for 15 min this orning to book an urgent appointment and left a message. I called back in the afternoon and after 20 min someone finally answered.there should be a better way to book appointments.
