Time to find a new nail salon. Second time with crooked nails even after telling her the nails look crooked. I had to file them down myself to even them out. Not worth it, and my favourite one I dont think she works there anymore so whats the point.?
I've had one shellac manicure (natural nails) and at least 4 shellac pedicures at Sophia's and have been very happy with the service. Three of those experiences were with Anna, who did an excellent job each time on both the maintenance and polish application. I've booked appointments in advance every time and have always been seated quickly. I will keep returning! I'm only taking off a star because the salon charges a fee to pay with a credit card.
Pretty good. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the place was nice. I had a pedicure and it did feel rushed, especially when removing dead skin. There was also an extra charge for using a credit card and tips were ONLY accepted by cash.Service: Pedicure
