It was easy to get a same-day appointment, which we needed because we were traveling through. My daughter only needed her neck cleaned up so the stylist only charged us for a bang trim.

A good experience at Smartstyle salon, neat and affordable price for a haircut with shampoo.Marcie was pleasant, professional and gave me valuable advice on what style suited my hair best. This is my go to hair salon from on. For new comers to Ottawa would recommend this place. Very happy with my new look!
