The staff here is always cheerful, helpful and efficient. Most times that I've been here it's been busy but there always seems to be enough staff to help you find that special item(s) for yourself or a gift because there is so much variety.
I went in yesterday after the longest day at work. I never ask for help because I always feel intimidated. Josette was the absolute kindness and most helpful person I've ever dealt with in a store. I left feeling very confident with a product that works for me. Kudos to her being such a lovely person.
i haven't worn more then mascara and the odd concealer in more then 10-15 years so today i went into the bayshore location at open and needed help with everything! There this worker there named Maddie helped me and she was so sweet and so helpful! she helped me pick out skin care and make up and helped me with my journey!
