I’m changing my one-star review to a five-star. Reason being is my one-star review was fully, only about the fact that they had an exchange only policy, at a store where you obviously wouldn’t know how the product works until you try it. At the time Trade Secrets and Sephora had been accepting full returns and only Chatters was not.
They have since changed their policy and except returns now. My review was from seven years ago and Chatters was pretty new at the time so I think it took them time to realize that exchange only was a horrible policy that only hurt themselves.
Thank you, Chatters, for listening to your reviews and changing your policy for the betterment… read full review

Shout out to Laura for the awesome experience! I may have shared with her that I couldn’t get an iced coffee on the way so as to make it in time for the appointment, so she literally got me an iced coffee from Second Cup when the colour was curing!! What can I say! They don’t make them like that anymore!!

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut and dyed by Brandi at Chatters. She was so beyond patient with my hair (which has had years of home bleach and dyes) and was able to bring my from purple streaks to a stunning calico coloring. I highly suggest going here and will be back in october for a touch up
