Kishan was an exceptional technician. He was very polite, knowledgeable, great communication and had the utmost care and attention to detail. I went in to get my charging board replaced on my S21 ultra, I was in and out without a worry. He took care of each step, confirmed everything along the way. His professionalism was more than reassuring. Thank you Kishan for all that you did. Your passion is truly appreciated!!

I had given up on Samsung services. They are zero. My phone locked me out and for two weeks, I was on phone with Samsung; they were absolutely hopeless. I was directed to this Center and I thank the day I took the advice. The middle aged man that let me in directed me to this young guy who took up my case as if his life depends on it. For the next one and a half hours, he went over, above and beyond to resolve my issue - and he did. I was waiting to be charged whatever because I was ready to pay, but with an amazing smile he told me it was a privilege to serve me and let me go. Wow, amazing service, coolness of mind, friendliness in a cozy business environment. Thank you, I'll be singing your praises for long.

Super helpful staff there. I had a problem with my charging port and instead of offering me a replacement, he cleaned it out for me and didn't even charge me. Would happily go back to deal with any further issues.
