We had Ayush helping us settup a new phone on my account for my gf, this guy was running around the store solving everyone elses problems while talking to telus for us (solving our complicated issue). He was able to answer all the questions we had and provide perfect costumer service while multitasking with three other things - give this guy a raise.

I literally never leave reviews but the young man working here deserves a raise! Came in to get my screen fixed and he ended up getting me not only an amazing discount on the repair, but also a free screen protecter. On top of that he got my plan changed to 10 MB for 55 dollars a month to 60 GB a month for the same price. I could’ve easily spent 400 dollars in that store but instead spent almost nothing and left with a way better plan. Super kind to inform me of all this and take the time to get me all these deals. Best service I’ve had in a long time it was refreshing!
