Like Aidam Parfett, Misfal, Seth Sazart, and many other customers facing problems with their phones, specifically with the charging port, I came to the store with my phone. It had died and it was impossible to charge it. It had fallen twice on the floor. Nothing happened when it fell, but I realised later on, that it was not charging anymore. As soon as I arrived in the store, the agent Kishan greeted me and asked what was the problem. I explained to him the situation. He performed some verification on the device, and a few minutes later it was charging. I had entered the wrong password into my samsung A15 phone. when I came to the service center I was given the full attention of service specialist Kashan. He quickly reset my phone and explained to me how to set up my phone.
Kishan was an exceptional technician. He was very polite, knowledgeable, great communication and had the utmost care and attention to detail. I went in to get my charging board replaced on my S21 ultra, I was in and out without a worry. He took care of each step, confirmed everything along the way. His professionalism was more than reassuring. Thank you Kishan for all that you did. Your passion is truly appreciated!!
