I had a new furnace and HRV system installed by Rick Menard and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The technicians were extremely pleasant, on time and helpful. They answered all our questions and I feel confident going back to them for any future repairs. Strongly recommend.
Great service call! The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable for my annual furnace and AC maintenance. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Rick Menard Heating and Cooling and this was no exception!
Our experience was good. The work was done courteously and pleasantly. The only complaint I have is that we are asked for paper towels and vinegar. These are things that are used at every service. They should be supplied by the company doing the work. Consumables are all part of business. I’m a mechanic and I don’t charge for any of my consumables.
