Dong was very professional, prompt, and thorough. He communicated beforehand when he would be arriving and advised that I needed to replace the humidifier filter and told me which one I needed to purchase. He replaced the furnace filter as I had one available.
Nuam, was friendly, and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and what the problem was. He fixed everything, and he he is a very nice person to deal with..

Our 29 Year Old AC died. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I could book an appointment (This was shortly after the Canada Day Ottawa Flooding.) The salesman was very helpful on the options and I was able to get a booking to install a Heat Pump in a matter of days.
