I joined Reform H&F at the end of October and have been tremendously impressed with the team, facility, and my progress/results over the past 2+ months. I'm a 59 yr old male who has never done Pilates or strength training before and really didn't know what to expect. Heather Pugh is a very clear expert in Pilates, who is tremendously supportive & helpful and has built herself an outstanding team of trainers all of whom have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve been attending classes at Reform H&F for over a year now and I can’t recommend it enough! When I first started as a beginner, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a friendly, supportive, and welcoming atmosphere that gives you a sense of belonging. personalized workouts, very knowledgeable trainers and friendly staff. has different classes with variable levels of difficulties, catering to the type of workout you want! I look forward to attending every class every time. highly recommend it!
