Realign and Flow Massage provides exceptional experiences, helping clients feel relaxed, comfortable, and taken care of. The therapist, Alex, is so knowledgeable and kind, with truly healing hands. She listens carefully to understand each issue and history, and is very intuitive with her touch. The environment is carefully tailored to each client, featuring calming music, aroma therapy, and heating pads with little pillows for support. Alex's passion for her work is evident, resulting in outstanding and rejuvenating sessions that make the experience worthwhile, even for those who travel from afar. She also provides helpful knowledge and recommendations for exercises and stretches to do at home.
Alex really goes above and beyond to help you feel relaxed, comfortable and taken care of. She has so much knowledge and has a technique or a skill for almost anything you need! I’ve came in with injuries, ear pain or just needing some self care and she has taken care of whatever I need in that session! She’s very adaptive and makes sure the environment is suitable for you with calming music, aroma therapy, heating pads to keep you warm during the massage. You can tell she loves what she does, because the experience is exceptional !!

From the moment of my warm greeting, I was able to settle into the lovely setting and from there it was just a wonderful gift. Alex has great, calming energy and makes you feel relaxed while she deftly works your most troubled areas. She has a wonderful blend of knowledge, strong hands, and intuition. Highly recommended!
