I debated whether I really wanted to go to hot yoga on a very hot day, and I'm so glad I did! The teacher, Imad, led us through a great series, gave clear instructions and encouragement, had a motivating playlist, and I REALLY appreciated the gentle assists and adjustments. He helped me discover better alignment and explore the poses more deeply. I'll be attending his classes for sure!

Prana shanti has brought so much Joy and growth to my life over the last decade. A wonderful place with kind, caring and experienced teachers. The kundalini teacher training was life changing in many ways. So many great workshops and retreats that I have attended and always looking forward to more. Devinder is a special human and has created a magical place. One thousand stars! Sat nam!
