I honestly can’t say enough good things about this salon. They are beyond amazing — truly 20/10 every single time. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, taken care of, and valued. The team is so kind, professional, and attentive, and they always go out of their way to cater to exactly what I want.

I have been going to Phoenix Nails every three weeks for dip manicures since I moved to Ottawa’s south end in August 2025 and I’m extremely happy with the service and quality of manicure. I am typically very tense and have a hard time relaxing when the drill is used to remove colour and file new application, but I am SO relaxed and trusting of the technician (Ken) who I always book with. He has made getting my nails done so much less stressful — has never nicked me with the drill or made my nail bed too hot (like I’ve experienced before at other salons). I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done today, David is so amazing. He has incredible precision and talent!!! The salon was incredibly clean and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. I’ve been going to Phoenix Nails and Beauty for roughly 2 years now and I recommend it to all my friends.
