The stores have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff being dedicated and caring towards the pets. While prices might be a bit high, the convenience of online shopping with in-store pickup within two hours is a plus. Some customers have noted that local manufacturers' products are underrepresented. Nevertheless, PetSmart is a great store with a wide range of products, including aquarium fish, hamsters, and lizards, making it a recommended visit for pet owners to find something for their pets.
The importance of coming here was to by fish they didn't past away so u get a five star rating from me staff calm and collective and very knowledgeable I'll be coming back sooner or later
The staff at this PetSmart were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all of my questions as a new fish owner, providing valuable advice on setting up a new aquarium, water cycling, feeding, and choosing compatible fish.
However, I was disappointed to see several dead fish in some of the aquarium displays.
Bought some kitten food today, witnessed a lady screaming at the workers, they handled it great! She was having what seemed like a full blown Karen meltdown….
