I shop at this store and I have been a volunteer with Eastern Ontario Cats which was previously a charity of Petsmart. Recently there has been a lot of disturbing information that has transpired about how the founder of Eastern Ontario Cats runs the rescue and the health of some of the cats. I can say from experience that the store has very rigid rules when it comes to the rescue and they care about the health of the cats. I am not sure of the details but as soon as there were red flags the partnership with Eastern Ontario Cats was terminated by Petsmart.
