Found pest patrol on google. Called in and Edan received my call. He listened carefully as I explained my pest issue. He was able to point out the source of the issue, which is seasonal, and the pest will vanish in due time. Since the pests are few in number he recommended I give it time and did not charge for this information. I gave 5 starts for great customer service unbiased advice.
Edan was an absolute professional when dealing with our pest concerns. Worried about a possible infestation we managed to sort the issue out almost immediately by contacting Pest Patrol. He was knowledgeable, understanding, and respects the client's concerns. Pest Patrol provided a solution, and more importantly peace of mind. Thanks again!Service: General pest inspection
We called late on a Sunday in a panic, thinking we found a coach roach egg by our back door. Rather than charging us to come out he helped us identify that it was actual a fly egg. He helped us, charged us nothing and stopped a panic. I will definitely call him if I every have another issue, happy to pay for their service.
