Tom P. was delightful and thorough. Still no corpses in the traps in my basement, so I'm hoping that's good news. It at least gives me peace of mind that he'll be coming back to check the outdoor trap in another week and every two weeks thereafter for up to three months. My condo has done very little about our neighbourhood rat problem, so I'm so glad to have Orkin on my side!
