When I go in I am nicely greeted and showed a seat & l’m told it should not be to long & it never is. I am then walked to the immaculate room and the lounge table they make sure you are in the most comfortable position, they put something underneath that takes the stress off your body, neck,back and under your knees that you have no reason to move because you are so comfy!This is before the procedure. I honestly don’t want to get up & leave!
I highly recommend Ottawa Medispa at Trainyards. I’ve been there multiple times for different treatments, including facials, skin tag removal, and a full laser hair removal package for multiple areas. Every visit has been a great experience — the front desk staff are always friendly, the spa is clean and welcoming, and everything feels very professional. I’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I’m really happy with my results. Definitely a place I trust and will keep going back to.

She was transparent about price and specifically stated she could work within my budget, gave me lots of information so I understood what the process and outcomes would be, was a gentle and calming practitioner and read my body language, offering me breaks during treatments before I realized I needed them.
