Niko was knowledgeable and efficient and kind. He was also thorough in resolving my issue with my AC unit. He gave a full list of all he had done including fixing sins done by the installer back in 2011. He also gently reminded me to have this maintenance done without judgement. Because of Niko, I will schedule all of my maintenance with Ottawa Home Services.

Stefan did an excellent job at diagnosing the problem with my furnace and fixed it in no time. He's super nice too! He took the time to explain the issues and gave me some tips on how to prevent further problems.
