Came across Witaly as I was looking for someone to install new toilets for me, for the house I'd just moved into. He was communicative, timely, and reasonably priced. The workmanship was good (he identified crappy water lines from the old toilets that are prone to failure and made sure the new lines were to code) so I asked if he could also help install new lights throughout the house including the outside porch lights (see photo), as well as bathroom fans (as the electrician I'd hired buggered off).
