Our family received an absolutely gorgeous arrangement from a friend through Ottawa Flowers following the passing of our daughter. Almost a week later they are still enriching our home with love and memories. Thank you!

Ottawa flowers really came through for us. After multiple other stores were unable to fulfill the order, it was fulfilled and delivered even earlier than expected! The flowers were delivered directly to the funeral home and received in time for the service.
Our original order was cancelled the day after we ordered so we were left scrambling on the day of the service.
We were told they are beautiful so we are very happy.

I’ve used this florist for over 20 years, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. The delivery was late, the driver was parked in my laneway when I arrived, and the bouquet didn’t match what I ordered or requested. Hoping this was just an off day, but not the level of service I’m used to.
