Scott, an expert Orkin technician came to remove raccoons in our attic. Scott evaluated the situation and clearly explained the process and the recommend solution including a prevention plan after removing the raccoons. The price was reasonable given that 3 years ago, another company charged me almost the same price but did not properly secure the house since raccoons were able to access the attic. Scott expertly and humanely removed the babies, then put a plan in motion to trick the mother out of the attic in order to take her babies away. The Orkin service man Frank was polite and well informed about the treatment options, costs, and pros and cons. Being in the country I needed some mouse bait stations, Frank will bring them by next week and install them for me. First rate service.
