I had a thorough exam with detailed information about my situation and what I needed. She offered great explanations and was patient enough to repeat and clarify further, even pulling up Google images to show me exactly what the eye drops I needed looked like.

I ended up getting two pairs to cover my needs. They also have a donation bin if you want to give old frames, or you can choose from that bin for a free pair, which is great if you don't have high insurance coverage.
