Eli from Mr. Pests was extremely helpful on the phone (giving me information to assist with a potential bedbug and infestation); quick to fit us in for an inspection; and friendly, informative, and thorough in his work inspecting our property. I called Mr. Pests Control to rebait the mice extermination boxes at my investment property. They were able to accommodate me within several days and on a Saturday since I work during the week. The exterminator, Abe, explained what he had to do and was very communicative. I would highly recommend Mr. Pests Control for their professionalism!

These guys are amazing..they helped me big time to get rid of that crazy racoon i had in the attic omg ...now my house is so peace and quiet and my kids are happy.We don't have no more that crazy sound at night.. Thank you very much guys you have done amazing job.You're clean and quiet and i really admire you work thanks again. Your are the best.

There was a bat in my house and I had to get it removed - they are the best pest control in Ottawa! It was efficient, seamless and a fast process overview. Would recommend them to anyone in the city!
