I received excellent care from Taofiq at MOOV over a period of three months for a bout of plantar fascitis in one foot. He focused first on treatment and exercises to relieve the pain, then on exercises to address the cause. Happy to recommend Taofiq for his knowledge and professionalism, and the friendly team at MOOV.

Thank you to Taofiq for treating my lower back pain and giving me the tools to prevent future injuries. I injured my lower back a few years ago and the injury would re-occur every year. This year, the pain was unbearable. But Taofiq helped alleviate the pain with massage, gave helpful advice to care for my back, and taught me easy exercises to strengthen my core and prevent future injuries.
