I had an outstanding experience at Mobile Klinik today, and I genuinely felt compelled to leave a review.

My phone had suddenly stopped charging, and I was worried that I might need an expensive repair or even a replacement. The representative carefully inspected my phone and quickly identified that the charging port was simply clogged with debris. They professionally cleaned it, explained what had happened, and made sure everything was working perfectly again.

I went there to ask about an estimate on how much it would cost me to change the charging port on my phone. The person there was so nice, friendly, professional and helpful, he took a look and then cleaned it, tested it and it was working again.
He refused to take any money for his work. Thank you so much, you made my day!

I got the battery replaced on my iPhone 8 today and I had a great experience. The service was fast, professional, and very friendly. My phone was ready much quicker than I expected. My iPhone now holds a charge much better, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them for phone repairs and battery replacements.
