I had a very bad experience with Koodo customer service who were not helping with connecting me to the service I subscribed to end April. Thanks to Mudassar, the sales person at the Telus store,St. Laurent, I got a technician finally sent to my house, early June, connecting me to the service I had not been receiving since I subscribed 40 days earlier. Mudassar was taking the time to explain everything both by phone and in person. I’m writing to thank him for his outstanding professionalism.
