I visited the St Laurent store and thought I was in for a few hundred $$ repair. Mohamed did a few things on my phone and instead of saying I needed a new part, he said try the phone now and see if the problem continues… he fixed it!!Thanks Mohamed!
Had a Google phone repaired under warranty. Having a dedicated repair technician would make for a far better customer experience. If the tech has to stop repairing the phone to deal with walk in shoppers and browsers the repair gets delayed.Had to bring the phone in once for an assessment. A second time for the repair (took +24 hours). On return of the device the camera had stopped working. 3rd trip in for another assessment. 4th trip in to reconnect the camera because it was not connected properly on the 1st repair. About a month's wait for a working phone.
Toufik is excellent. He works like a magician. He went above an beyond to give me an excellent deal, changed the screen of iPhone 12 Pro Max in less than 4 minutes. Incredible! Merci!
