Had probably the best customer service experience of my life here this morning. Ruth is my absolute GOAT. She was exceptionally informative, helpful, and super funny. Not only did she help me out with my new phone but also made an effort to connect with my girlfriend and I. Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience at the Genius Bar at Apple Rideau. Although the Apple Support app showed me the wrong appointment time with correct time zone which confused me a lot, the technician was really helpful and solved my keyboard problem very quickly. I really appreciated it. Steffie

I was dealing with a complicated AppleCare replacement issue involving a U.S. model iPhone while living in Canada. Before visiting the store, I had already spent considerable time working with AppleCare in the United States, but unfortunately my issue remained unresolved.
When I arrived at the Rideau Centre location, Mikala took the time to understand the situation in detail. Rather than simply repeating what had already been done, she carefully reviewed the case, explored the available options, and found a solution that nobody else had been able to provide.
