My experience was frustrating and expensive but worked out in the end. I couldn't use Midas' loaner as previously so I had to rent a car for 6 days. Once my differential was replaced they found another problem! They gave me a credit for the car rental and my troubles, which was appreciated.I find it difficult to trust mechanics but I think they had my best interest in mind.

They were able to fit me in at a busy time right before Christmas to get my winter tires mounted and balanced. I felt like they were very accommodating to my needs and did a good job on the work. I will be returning.

I have an older car that I love and want to keep on the road as long as possible. The Robertson Road shop has always done good work, on time. I've never felt "upsold" on repairs, and they've told me when a repair is critical, and more importantly, when it can wait. Easy to deal with, appointments can be made online.
