Ricky is the best! Great attitude and communication from start to finish. Although I wouldn't recommend damaging your car, seeing Ricky made it a lot more pleasant than it could have been!

My interaction with this company through Ricky was a slick, pleasant experience since everyone knew what they were doing, and how to do it. I had dozens of hailstone dints, a hood and a trunk lid replaced and painted in four days (one less than estimated.) Assured is a class act! We are lucky to have a company like this in Ottawa.

I had a repair service on my vehicle in September. The service was excellent. Steve was so helpful. He Let me know often how things were going before and during the repair service.
