I’ve always left massages feeling great and relaxed; this was different!I had a new understanding about my body and needs. Sylvie was highly recommended to me for good reason. My entire disposition has been different. I left feeling more alive an confident than I have ever. Mind you I’ve taken her advice and worked on it. Stretching, being mindful of my body, knowing what areas cause what issues.

While visiting Ottawa, I needed a massage to stop a flare-up of back pain. I'm so glad a random internet search led me to Metcalfe Massage! RMT Elise-Marie targeted the precise areas that needed work and I came out of the massage feeling much better than when I went in. Now I have freer range of motion and I'm no longer in pain.
