Alison is very knowledgeable and easy to talk. Towards the end of my massage, I mentioned about some pain around the balls of my feet. She quickly responded to it, and she not only generously looked at them but also gave me the reasons of the pain and advised me what to do. Her explanation was easy to understand and made sense to me. I feel like my pain can be healed. Great experience.

I went to Alison with some neck and shoulder pain recently and had a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond by not only giving me a great massage, but also many exercises and tips to relieve tension at home that I've found super helpful. I will absolutely be back.
