Allison has amazing hands, and an even more amazing knowledge,
I had tight shoulders, and despite 30 years of yoga, was not able to release that tension. One session with her loosened that tightness, and now I’m actually able to fully raise my arms above my head.
I am deeply impressed by Allison’s precision, experience and dedication.
I can’t recommend Alison enough! As a new client, I felt completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, she really understood what my body needed and explained everything scientifically along the way and she’s just the most adorable, warm person on top of it. I left feeling relaxed, cared for and already booking my next appointment. If you’re looking for a massage therapist in Ottawa, look no further please. ✨
