An awesome experience, friendly, hospitable and professional. The newest member of their team, a newly graduated student, was there and not busy at the time I walked in. I was greeted warmly and informed me that she’s a new graduate and if I was okay with her cutting my hair. I agreed. She proceeded to cut my hair and did a great while the rest of the team kept an eye on her work in progress. They were very supportive with a few hints here and there. When it was time to pay they said it was complementary and refused to accept payment for the service, of course I took care of her separately. Well done gentleman and young lady. Sorry I forgot her name.

This was actually my very first time visiting a barber shop, as I usually go to hair salons. I had been wanting to shave my head completely for a long time, and I’m so grateful that Paul was the one who helped me through this experience.
Even though I arrived a little late because my previous appointment ran over, Paul welcomed me without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He never questioned my decision or made me feel awkward. Instead, he made me feel completely at ease from the moment I sat down.
