Amazing service from Rebekah!!
I had a fantastic experience at Rona+ today thanks to Rebekah. Even though she was busy mopping when I walked in, she stopped immediately to greet me with a smile. She processed my return incredibly fast and was so friendly throughout the whole transaction. She even let me know about the customer survey for a chance to win a gift card. I had no idea that was even an option! Her helpful attitude really made my day, and I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to her. I hope management sees this and rewards her for her outstanding service!! Thank you again to Rebekah. We will definitely be visiting this location again soon.
One of the few places in Ottawa where you can recycle fluorescent bulbs easily. They have a bin right at the front. And on top of that you can go shopping for anything you desire for your home. What is not to like?
Dhruvi was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the color paint department.
