I had a handmade wool rug cleaned after a cat sprayed it. They were quick to pick it up from my house, they were super communicative about what the process would entail and they delivered exactly when they said they would. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and friendly! Hopefully I won’t need to use their services again for something like this, but if I ever need a rug cleaned, I’ll know who to call!

Our carpet had a few years of accumulated dust, pet hair and stains, and it came back fresh and clean! As someone who also is sensitive to smells, I appreciated the fragrance free cleaning.

Excellent service received from Love Your Rug. They cleaned our big size rug. We were initially hesitant about type of wash our rug needs. This concern was perfectly handled by them as they did initial inspection of the rug and called us back addressing our concerns. Website is pretty useful and we were able to place the complete order through the website itself. Best part is pick up and drop off service to the doorstep.
