Excellent customer service by everyone on staff. Last year Sam responded to a very last minute request by our office to install a high security lock across town. Then a year later when we moved, Sam kindly provided instructions by phone on email when I ran into issues with removing the lock - at no charge. I highly recommend Lock Solutions.

We had an issue with a broken lock on our front door when we were out of town, the technicians were very quick to respond, very friendly and understanding of our situation. They were able to assess and replace our broken lock quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would use their services again!
