David should be a very important asset to your company. He saved us over 250 by fixing our broken key fob but with that being said he will will also be making your company more money sooner than later because we will be replacing the key fob we have now and purchasing another one from City lock smith soon. David was extremely helpful strong communication polite seemed to handle the situation with ease. His work station looked neat tidy and well organized. As a skilled trades worker myself I could identify he enjoys his craft. Also took us in right away. I will be referring to city lock to anyone. Well worth the drive from Cornwall. Hi, I just wanted to say thank you to the automotive technician for helping my father about a week ago with the remote for the car starter. He has a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and has been to Hyundai dealership and another automotive electrical place and quoted hundreds of dollars but you diagnosed the problem and gave him a new remote and it works!
