Brian Oderkirk provided physio treatment over several months for a torn gluteal tendon and muscle. He is personable, and a careful and effective physiotherapist who provided treatment to manage pain at the acute stage and a thoughtful exercise routine and advice that evolved as needed to strengthen the surrounding muscle group. I highly recommend this physiotherapist and the efficient administrative staff of this clinic.
I cannot recommend Grace McAlear enough. I came in with what felt like never ending arm pain, and being under 25, it was very frustrating. It stopped me from doing so many things I love including my job as a daycare educator.
From the very beginning Grace was incredibly kind and down to earth. She made me feel more like I was talking to a friend. She was unbelievably understanding and supportive throughout the entire process.

The managing physiotherapist, Grace, is a fountain of help, experience, knowledge and patience. A+ woman, with great University background, from one of our finest Canadian universities.
The team is great by being very caring and professional, including Dillan D. who taught me things I ought to have been taught before, but never had .✅
The location is perfect and easily be accessible by bus. Parking is free since it is at Carlingwood Mall.
I recommend this particular Lifemark above any other one I have gone to.
