Had a couple of skin tags removed and was told there would be no scars. Several months later and there are now scars. I do not recommend this service here.

From full beard to barely any shadow in just over a year.
Packages of 6 sessions are offered which equate to about 5 paid and 1 free. They have two different laser machines, so half my sessions were with a different wavelength.
For full beard removal, budget 12 sessions, cost was about 2700 + tax and tip. They also sell topical lidocaine cream at prices better than Amazon for about $60.
Pictured is before and after ~10 sessions. I am very happy with the results, and the tech, Cristina, is very kind and skilled. I was very early transition when I started (before HRT) and they did their best to use my preferred pronouns, and if anything erred on the side of she/her when I used to use they/them. I also mentioned that I was trans upfront and they're very comfortable with it—don't worry about your presentation or anything of the sort, my first few sessions were boymode.
Their automated systems for reminders is thorough, sending both emails and texts for upcoming appointments.
There is ample street parking, I've never had to park more than 30 meters away. I just use the PayByPhone app and full face and neck has never taken longer than 45 minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about Cristina at LCI. I have seen her for numerous skin and hair treatments over the last few years, and she has surpassed my expectations every time. She is professional, thorough, and makes you feel at ease the entire time. Ladies: LCI is the only place that has ever properly treated the spider veins on my legs. Don't waste your time at 'vein centres' if all you're doing is cosmetic - you need a laser, not injections! Wish I had known this sooner. Cristina, you're the best! Thank you.
