Had a great experience buying my first ever PRS guitar . Very unique buying experience and different from other music stores. First off the store has the best selection of quality music gear in the city . The attention the staff give you is second to none. They set you up in a private room to test the instruments out with whatever amps or pedals you’d like. No pressure sales, very knowledgeable and a honest experience. I had a great experience visiting this store, even as someone with no background in music. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. One of them even gave us a mini tour, showing us where they keep the sheet music, how guitars are repaired, and basically what goes on downstairs.
We were encouraged to try out any guitar in the amp room, which was a pleasant surprise. I’ve always admired a particular guitar model, and I was thrilled to find it here and finally get to try it out—even though I don’t know how to play!
