Absolutely 5 stars. After stopping at a few flooring companies (companies that we have used in the past) we decided to look into others and we came upon this company by Googling flooring companies in Ottawa and saw that Kingdom Floors & Decor had great reviews. We decided to stop by their showroom and were immediately impressed by Mustafa's (one of the owners) knowledge of products and zero pressure sales. He answered all of our questions and concerns about types of flooring and thicknesses etc. for our basement flooring project. Mostafa was very professional, helpful and easy to work, not pushy at all. Workers were good and accommodating. They were on time for the installation and efficient. The job was scheduled for three days but they were able to finish in two and the job was well done.
